A safe community is a place that is peaceful and liveable. It is a place that everyone desires and where people can work play or go about their business without fear risk of harm or any injury.
The people of Mathare also have a right to a safe community which is not always the case. The youth have a big role to play in ensuring that the community remains safe. The youth are powerful agents of change that is properly natured and given opportunity can be the drivers of safety in their communities.
